Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing time
Every bag is roasted to order in small batches, so your coffee isn't sitting on a shelf waiting for you. Orders take 1–5 business days to roast and pack before they ship.
Delivery time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive in 1–5 business days via USPS ground. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $8.00
- Free standard shipping on orders of $40 or more
Tracking
You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Changes and cancellations
Because we roast to order, your coffee may go into production soon after checkout. To cancel or correct your shipping address, email us at team@unbotheredcoffeeco.com within 8 hours of placing your order. After that, we can't change or cancel it. Orders that have already shipped can't be recalled.
Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If an order ships to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout, a replacement order will need to be purchased.
Lost, stolen, or undelivered packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, or it shows delivered but you can't find your package, email us within 30 days of the ship date. We'll work with you on a solution, which may include a carrier claim or a replacement order.
